The quote for calibration services included
shipping costs for the return of instruments. The calibration
of instruments meets requirements of ANSI N323A-1997 and N323-1978.
Prices
for the TLD quarterly performance include evaluation report. The
performance evaluation for bias and precision criteria is based on
the ANSI N13.11 requirements. The turnaround time for the report is
7-10 days from the TLD exposure results reported by the participant.
All irradiation and calibrations are performed under Nuclear
Technology Services (NTS) QA plan, which is based on ANSI NQA1,
using NIST traceable radiation fields and equipment.
